Due to the specialized nature of industrial machinery, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or not in accordance with the confirmed technical specifications

• The machine has not been installed, commissioned, modified, or used

• The product is returned in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and components included

Clients must complete a physical inspection at the premises before any machine collection is permitted.
